“Cesar came out to fix my broken spring. I called him when it happened (late afternoon) and he responded first thing the next morning to get it fixed. His prices are fair and his work is quality. He went above and beyond and helped me program my door opener on wifi that I installed a year ago. Highly recommended. Great guy and quality work!!

“Cesar was everything we were looking for: punctual, professional, honest, and focused on customer service! He did a wonderful job fixing our garage door which had fallen off its track and gotten bent up (see picture). I couldn't believe what a great job he did! He quoted me a very reasonable price and finished in maybe half an hour. After taking a look at her garage door opener and giving her the diagnoses of a bad circuit board, she decided that she wanted to get a new opener. After choosing a new opener for her garage door, we installed it and then reprogrammed her garage door remote and keypad to work with the new opener.

She needed someone to come out and take a look at her door so that they could diagnose the problem and give her a solution for it. Once we investigated the situation, we discovered that her main problem was that one of the springs on her door was in need of replacement. We fixed the problem with her springs and then performed some other routine maintenance. The customer was very pleased with both the work we did and the price we offered.

Fortunately, South Metro Garage Doors was here to come to the rescue. Once we got a chance to evaluate the issue he was having with his garage door, we determined that his issue was worn torsion springs that no longer functioned the way that they were supposed to. We were able to replace the torsion springs on this homeowner’s garage door in the span of about 45 minutes. We made sure that his garage door was working properly and then were on our way. The customer expressed that he was very pleased with the work we did on his garage door.

Lisa was a fantastic customer to work with. Lisa called us at 4:30 p.m. and we were out there by 6:00 p.m. that day. Lisa was having problems with her garage door not closing with the remote. The door would open but was unable to close. We inspected the garage door, opener, and remote system and were able to find the problem. After troubleshooting the door we fixed some wiring issues and then lubricated the door. Now her garage door and remote system work perfectly. This client was very happy with our services.
