I scheduled an 8 AM appointment for the next morning. Cesar was the technician and he was a very technically inclined subject matter expert, punctual, professional and customer-oriented. He was efficient and very comprehensive. He not only fixed my original issue, but he tuned up my garage door to such a smooth and peaceful quiet that made it work better than it did when it was new.
