Here at South Metro Garage Doors we do our best to service customers as quickly as possible. We can’t always promise same day service but in this instance we were able to. Lisa was very grateful that we were able to come out within hours of calling us and fix her issue with her door.
Whenever we first arrive at a customer’s home we find out the problem and give our customers a quoted price to fix it. In this case we were able to quickly see what was wrong and we got straight to fixing it.
We made repairs to the system by rewiring the connection and using wire nuts instead of the tape that was there. We removed all the excess wire and gave a general maintenance service and lubrication to the door. We tested the garage door through a couple cycles and it worked perfectly.
